Using this website

The site provides information about Just AMN, performance history, music and ways to enquire about bookings. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with the site, misuse contact details or send abusive or unsolicited material.

Bookings and prices

This website does not take online payments or automatically confirm bookings. Sending an enquiry, clicking a contact link or joining an email list does not reserve a date, create a booking contract or charge you.

Availability, services, performance times, the full fee and any travel, equipment or tax amounts must be confirmed in the written booking agreement. Deposit, payment, cancellation and refund terms should also be agreed before a booking is confirmed. If anything is unclear, ask before agreeing or paying. There are no website subscription charges.

Content and logos

Photos, artwork, music and logos may belong to Just AMN, their photographers or other rights holders. Contact us before reusing material outside the permissions given in the press kit. Third-party venue and brand names and logos identify performance history; they do not by themselves imply sponsorship, endorsement or a current residency.

Events and external links

Dates, availability and event details can change. Confirm current arrangements with Just AMN or the event organiser before making plans. External websites, venues and ticket sellers have their own terms, charges and policies. Just AMN does not set those terms through this website.

Privacy and email updates

See the privacy policy and cookie policy. Marketing signup is optional and separate from booking enquiries. You can unsubscribe without affecting your ability to enquire about a booking.

Problems or corrections

Contact us if content is incorrect, inaccessible or appears to infringe your rights. We will review it. We aim to keep the site useful and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that another service will remain available.

Your rights

These website terms do not remove consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A specific written booking agreement governs an agreed performance. Applicable law determines any legal rights or obligations that cannot be changed by these website terms.
