Who to contact

Visiting this website

This is a public portfolio and booking-information website. You do not need an account to browse. We do not ask for your name, birthday, phone number or email address just to view it.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Delivering pages and investigating security problems can involve technical information such as an IP address, request time, browser information and requested pages. Cloudflare may process information through its international network. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and our cookie policy.

Booking enquiries

If you choose to email, call, use WhatsApp or contact a social profile, we receive the information you send: for example your contact details, event date, venue and booking requirements. We use it to reply, prepare a quote, arrange an agreed booking and keep records that are needed for that relationship or by law.

Emails sent to the published Gmail address are handled in that email account; WhatsApp and social messages are handled by those services. These providers may process information outside the UAE under their own policies. Only send information relevant to your enquiry. Please do not send guest lists, identity documents or payment-card details.

Email updates

Marketing updates require a separate, voluntary signup. Contacting us about a booking does not add you to a mailing list. When signup is available, the form will identify the email provider and explain how your email address and signup information are stored before you submit it. You can withdraw your choice at any time, using the unsubscribe option in an update or by emailing us.

How information is shared

We use providers needed to run the website and handle communications. Relevant event information may be shared with people needed to deliver a booking, or where required by law. We do not sell your contact details or use booking enquiries as permission for unrelated marketing.

How long information is kept

We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, manage an agreed booking, resolve an issue or meet record-keeping obligations. A deletion request is assessed against those needs. If some records must be retained, we will explain why. Information in providers’ backups may remain until their normal backup cycles expire.

Your information and deletion requests

You can ask about the information held about you, request access or correction, ask for deletion, object to marketing, or withdraw consent. Email us from the address involved where possible and describe the request. We may ask for proportionate confirmation that the request is yours. Do not send an identity document with your first message.

We will respond under the time limits and rights that apply to your request. If you remain concerned, you may contact the relevant data-protection authority.

Children

This portfolio is not designed to collect children’s personal information. Do not submit a child’s personal details or guest information. If you believe a child’s information has been provided, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate. Any future mailing-list signup will have its audience and consent requirements explained at the point of signup.

External websites

YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram and other linked websites have their own privacy and cookie practices. Links open those services only when you choose to follow them; this site does not embed their players or social feeds.

We will update this notice when the site’s data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
